Web Safe Colors is a small Windows 95/98/00/NT/ME/XP utility to allow you to select colors that all browsers can display accurately. Click on a color, and the hex representation of that color will be copied to your clibboard.You can paste from the clipboard into your web page code. The color is displayed in a solid block, as well as in text as the mouse passes over it.
