Home Plan Pro Review

Home Plan Pro will help you design your home with ease and simplicity. With a very nicely layed out system, planning your next home was never so easy.

Installation was simple and and went very smooth. The program is a good size, not very big and bulky at all. See fig1.1

When configuring this software at startup it asks you what you would like to do, create new, open new, or open a start up plan. We chose create new and it takes you to a screen were you chose a drawing area size. We left this at default and hit ok. See fig 1.2.

The whole program is simple to use. Choose your floor size and you get a workspace see [fig1.3] From this workspace we start making our new home.
If you have tried CAD programs, this one looks to be much easier. We have a lot of different buttons to choose from on the main screen. Let's move on and see what these buttons are for...

This program is designed to help you design a floor plan of your home with the ease of simple mouse clicks. We started using this program with the default size 30m x 30m. From this point we got our workspace and started designing a home. Once we had started the home, we made 3 rooms. We called those the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. After I had made the rooms I then proceeded to use the figs button to see what was in there I found many useful things in here like bathroom, furniture, outdoor furniture and landscaping. I then placed everything like i wanted it to be. See fig 1.4 We are in the bathroom screen, here we can choose our toilet, sink, tub, even our medicine cabinet. I then proceeded to see what limits the program had.

3. Build the home with landscaping
4. Build a 3d figure of a tent

With the screen above we can choose from several pre drawn figures what we want to insert into our workspace. We can also choose from several utility figures such as electric panels, wiring and much more.

This screen is of our finished work we created in under 5 minutes. This program is simple and easy to understand.

See fig 1.5 For what we have done from working inside this program after reading the help files that were included, they helped us out a bunch. This program is wonderful for those who want to design doll houses and maybe even a skyscraper floor by floor.

This program ran nicely, very little impact on memory. If you are looking to design your next home I'd say go with Home Plan Pro and build it like a pro! For the price and the easy to understand layout, this is a must have. If you'd like to see what I mean, take a look and try it out for yourself.
