Flipping Predrawn Figures Available from the Preference "Figure" tab
Drawing coordinates for pre-drawn figures are stored in a Figure file, rather than in the plan file. The plan file just stores which figure to use and it's size, rotation, and location. "Flipping" the coordinates would alter all instances of that figure.
The default solution is to rotate the figure 180 degrees. That's the default, but sometimes this isn't what you want to see.
The foolproof solution is to "Expand" the figure into individual drawing elements that can be flipped.
There is a setting on the "Figure" tab of the Preferences screen. You can choose: Expand each figure when inserted Expand a figure before it is "flipped" Never automatically Expand figures Ask before flipping a figure "Never automatically Expand figures" is the default. |
